More Proof That There Was Never Any Jewish History in Ancient Palestine

The artifact, considered the first confirmation
 of certain ritual Temple practices.

Scholars offer new explanation for rare Temple artifact in Jerusalem ...

(Gee, I Wonder Why They Haven't Found Any Ancient Palestinian Artifacts ... hmmm?)

Object, at the northwestern corner of the Temple Mount, was initially thought to read 'Daka LeYa,' which means 'pure to God' in Aramaic.

A new interpretation is being put forward for the inscription on a tiny clay object, only a week after it was touted as the first archaeological find to confirm written testimony of ritual practices at Jerusalem's Temple.
The object, discovered in an archaeological survey at the northwestern corner of the Temple Mount, was initially thought to read "Daka LeYa," which means "pure to God" in Aramaic.
The artifact, considered the first confirmation of certain ritual Temple practices.

Excavators Prof. Ronny Reich of the University of Haifa and Dr. Eli Shukron of the Israel Antiquities Authority told a press conference last week that this was a seal used to mark objects used in the Temple as ritually pure, and that such a seal is mentioned in the Mishna.
But Prof. Shlomo Naeh of the Hebrew University's Talmud department believes the inscription could be read differently. "I was sitting with my son and looking at the photograph, and in a moment of intuition, I realized what it could be," he told Haaretz Tuesday.
Naeh also believes the object is related to Temple worship and purity, but reads the inscription differently, as "Dakar a Leyehoyariv." Dakar in Aramaic means ram and a stands for aleph, the first day of the week, when the priestly order of Yehoyariv was on duty in the Temple.
Thus, the object was used in Temple worship, but not how Reich and Shukron believe it was, says Naeh. To ensure the purity of animal sacrifices offered in the Temple - and to maintain an economic monoply, Naeh believes - pilgrims had to buy their offerings in the Temple courts. They gave money to a treasurer who would exchange it for a token inscribed with the type of sacrifice they had purchased and the date.
Like Reich and Shukron, Naeh supports his theory with a mishnaic verse citing the existence of such tokens. With regard to Reich and Shukron's interpretation, he said: "Purity was very fluid; the touch of an impure person was enough to make the object impure, so it is unlikely such a seal existed."
He also said the object could not be a seal because it lacked a hole for a thread or a handle to affix it to another object.
"People have been saying the ancient sages fantasized everything about the Temple. But ... they knew what they were talking about. For me, this is uplifting. The sages of the Mishna, my guys, win out," Naeh said.

The Gaul Of Those Jewish Jooz, Judaizing The Jewish Capital City of Jerusalem

A senior Iranian lawmaker has condemned the recent bill passed by the Israeli Knesset, calling the al-Quds (Jerusalem) Judaization project as unacceptable.
Head of the Majlis (Parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Alaeddin Boroujerdi said on Tuesday that “as the first Muslim Kiblah, al-Quds (Jerusalem) will forever remain the capital of Palestine.”
The Iranian lawmaker made the remarks in reaction to the Knesset bid to declare al-Quds (Jerusalem) as the “united capital” of the entire Jewish population of the world.
He further called on the Islamic nations and the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to adopt a strong stance against the bill, which aims to justify the enforcement of demographic transformation in the city by evacuating its Arab residents and further expanding the construction of the Jewish settlements.
“This is not the first time that the Zionist regime [of Israel] makes such an effort but such a regime whose existence is completely illegitimate and unacceptable cannot do this,” Boroujerdi.
The Iranian lawmaker then pointed to the Velayat 90 naval drills and said the maneuver has sent a warning message to those employing the “literature of sanction” against Iran.
Boroujerdi went on to say that the 10-day drill, which was launched on December 24, 2011, served to show the Islamic Republic's defensive might.
The Velayat 90 naval drill took place in line with a recent directive by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, who instructed Iranian Armed Forces to maintain total readiness to defend the nation against any potential threats.
Iran maintains that the maneuvers are defensive in nature and intend to convey a message of peace and friendship to regional countries. It has also extended a public invitation to regional states to conduct joint naval drills with Iranian forces.

Hamas to Zionist Entity: This Land Is My Land, This Land Is My Land , This Land Was Made For Me and Me!

Hamas Warns Israel of Al-Quds Judaization Attempts
Al-Manar
The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas warned the Zionist government of voting for the law that states Al-Quds the unified capital of the so-called “Jewish” state, and assured that the city is a red line.
In a statement it issued, Hamas said that the Zionist entity’s government holds the complete responsibility of the repercussions of such a step amid its continuous violations and crimes against the Palestinian land, people, and sanctities.
Hamas further emphasized that “the occupied Al-Quds will remain the title of the Palestinian cause, and our Palestinian people will stay in Al-Quds, holding on to their land and rights. The Zionist occupation’s decisions will not change the reality and history, and this is only a desperate attempt that will fail due to the Palestinian people’s firmness.”
“We, in Hamas, call the Palestinian people to defend Al-Quds city and our sanctities, and we also call the Arab League, the Islamic Cooperation Organization, and the United Nations to stand against the occupation’s policies and its Judaization measures,” it added.

Hamas Fund Raisers Busted!

Jerusalem men accused of raising millions for Hamas
Shin Bet, police arrest senior Hamas members on suspicion of raising funds abroad, working to strengthen terror group's presence in east Jerusalem
The Shin Bet and police arrested a number of senior Hamas members in recent months on suspicion of working to raise funds from foreign countries and boost the organization's presence in east Jerusalem.

The activists were charged at the Jerusalem District Court with money laundering, being active in a terror organization and using property for terrorist purposes.
The Shin Bet referred to the activists as a "small council" responsible for financing Hamas' activities in the city. The council had several committees in charge of implementing Hamas' social, religious and educational operations.

According to the Shin Bet, "The activities were aimed at creating solidarity with Hamas, thereby strengthening its presence and position among the east Jerusalem population."

The indicted activists include:

Fouad Hamadia, 42, of Wadi Joz, who was accused of serving as head of the religious committee in Jerusalem.

Ahmed Alian, 35, of Beit Safafa, who was accused of being in charge of Hamas' activity in the Jerusalem neighborhood.

Ashraf Ashur, 33, of Ras al-Amud, who was accused of helping bring in terror funds in order to finance Hamas' activity in Jerusalem.

  • Yakub Abu Atzav, 39, of the Old City of Jerusalem, who was accused of heading the "small council." Six years ago, he was convicted by the Judea Military Court for bringing terror funds from abroad which were used to finance Hamas' preparation for the West Bank elections.
  • Kafeh Sarhan, 41, of Silwan, who was accused of serving as the financial officer of the "small council".

The Hamas members were charged with raising funds abroad in order to promote and finance the organization's activity in Jerusalem.

According to the Shin Bet, the men transferred some NIS 2.5 million (about $660,000) to the organization while presenting fictitious contracts and committing economic offenses, including money laundering.

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Islamic Jihad and Hamas organized mass rallies in Gaza City on Friday demanding protection of Jerusalem's Palestinian character and Muslim holy sites.
After Friday prayers, Jihad supporters marched from al-Abbas mosque in the city, and Hamas gathered in Palestine Square, including Prime Minister in the Gaza-based government Ismail Haniyeh.
Jerusalem is in danger and the Islamic community should stand together to support the sanctity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the Old City, Islamic Jihad official Sheikh Nafeth Azzam told the rally.
"It is illogical and unrealistic that Arab leaders stay silent about the rape of Palestine, and keep (Palestinian) prisoners in (Israeli) jails," he said. "It is more logical to take up weapons and confront the enemy."
Islamic Jihad supports the reconciliation deal ending division between Fatah and Hamas, he said, a day after leaders of the former rivals met in Cairo to progress implementation of the May agreement.
Azzam added that negotiations had not gained any national achievements and the Palestinian Authority should give up on this path.
In Palestine square, Hamas leader Musheer al-Masri told the rally the nation's leaders have started to unite with their people and take on the cause of preserving Jerusalem. The entire nation is responsible for liberating Al-Aqsa Mosque, he said.
Israel's occupation will disappear because of the determination of Muslims and their fight against injustice, he said.
Rallies also took place in other Gaza cities on Friday, movement leaders said.
Israel captured East Jerusalem in a 1967 war and annexed the city in a move never recognized by the international community.
East Jerusalem's Haram al-Sharif compound -- housing the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock -- is a revered as the site of Prophet Muhammad's journey through the heaven by Muslims.
Presidential legal adviser Ahmad Ruweidi said on Sunday that Israeli settler organizations have been given the green light by the Israeli government to take over a number of central Jerusalem homes belonging to Palestinians, after a Palestinian family was handed eviction orders near the entrance to Al-Aqsa.

‘Taliban Woman’ Causes Terror Alert In Yerushalayim

A women dressed in the latest burka fashion sparked a terrorist alert in downtown Yerushalayim today, 25 Cheshvan. The incident occurred on King George Street, as security guards spotted the person in the hooded garb and feared the worst, while passersby distanced themselves from the presumed female, fearing a suicide bomber, in downtown Jerusalem. Alarmed citizens summoned police.
A team of motorcycle commandos arrived, but the suspected terrorist had already walked into an alley, but police followed and ordered the person to remove her head piece. The Gideon commandos learned it was a journalist working undercover, literally, seeking to examine the response of the general public to the new fashion statement appearing in a small sector of the chareidi community.
Needless to say the journalist did not hesitate to comply with orders of the commandos who had weapons drawn and appeared to be in no mode for hesitation or non-compliance. Baruch Hashem for their superior training, which permitted them to act as they did without opening fire and chas v’sholom wounding or killing an innocent person as persons in the area were panicking.

It can be assumed that the incident will spark an outcry of concern regarding those women who today dress this way regularly and the concerns of police and other security agencies.

The latest in Arab claims? That Jerusalem was built by the Arabs, and Jerusalem is not a Jewish city.  Really?  Arabs and Islam weren't around when the Holy Temple stood, and even the Arabs recognize this, as their name for Jerualem, 'Al Quds' means 'The Holy' which is an abbreviation for another Arabic name used for Jerusalem -"Bayt al-MaQDeS" (The Holy House).  What Holy House? Why, it is the Hebrew "Beyt ha-MiKDaSH", which means "The Holy Temple" and Islam had and has, no Temple, only the Jews did.  Check out the history HERE and  HERE
Also, Leftists, and the Occupy Wall Street foolish ones seem to either be naive, or live in a dream world.  How can they believe that communism or socialism would solve the world's ills, when we have already seen the evil it has wrought?  Sound serious?  Actually, it's funny, as Dan from Jerusalem comes on and shares what went on around the water cooler at his job, in this segment called, 'The Guy Who Works With Leftists".   An educational, yet fun show!
