Raj Sharma rips these two clowns a new one.

The Social Worker, Shenny Karmali declares that the Shafia murders aren't Honour Killings because Daddy "killed all three daughters.

Syed gets caught in a lie, he states he has never called for the implementation of Sharia Law in Canada. This Calgary Herald article says otherwise:

Imam undercuts himself by twisting his own words

"While preparing for the meeting, a quick search on Canwest's library system showed a Jan. 17, 2004, column written by the cleric.

In it, he wrote: "Sharia cannot be customized for specific countries. These universal, divine laws are for all people of all countries for all times."

In the same column he also boasts: "I am one of the founding members of the Islamic Institute of Civil Justice. The mandate of the institute is to resolve disputes within existing Canadian laws by using the principles of conflict resolution from Islamic Law, or sharia."

His column is clear. He wanted to bring sharia to Canada and even helped found the organization that spearheaded the drive to do so."

Illegal mosques pulled down, no mosque-going until 18, imams have to be approved by the state . . . sounds like China has it right.

Clown imam Syed Syed Soharwardy complains that Chinese muslims get treated in the same manner minorities in muslim countries get treated. But he never complains about their dhimmitude.

Traditional Islamic Treatment Cures Women Afflicted With "Westernized" Culture

REPORT: ISLAMIC HONOR KILLINGS ON THE RISE IN THE WEST
In recent years, honor killings have been gaining increasing attention in media. One women’s rights group reports that more than 2,800 deaths were reported across the United Kingdom last year, alone. Unfortunately, the official numbers are tough to nail down, considering that many of these crimes go unreported.
According to a new report from CBN, Islamic honor killings are on the rise in the West. This trend, which is illustrated in the report through some disturbing anecdotal examples, is apparently developing as more Muslims migrate to Western countries. CBN has more:
Although honor violence is sometimes committed by Hindus and Sikhs, it is usually a Muslim on Muslim crime. One study found that 91 percent of honor killings were committed by Muslims.
Among the examples given in a disturbing video report, a Canadian woman was strangled by her father after refusing to wear a headscarf and an Italian woman’s throat was slit by her father. Additionally, in another example, two sisters were shot by their father in a New York taxi.
These crimes, which are dubbed instances of “honor violence,” were motivated by victims going against their parents’ wishes, becoming to Westernized or trying to leave Islam, among other reasons. Shame and dishonor, thus, led the women’s families to take horrific action.
IKWRO writes:
The perpetrators of ‘honour’ crimes tend to be close family members of their victims, who are, more often than not, female. What they have in common is that the victim’s personal conduct is thought to have brought shame on her family.  Reasons for this perceived dishonour have been known to be anything from refusing an arranged marriage, seeking a divorce, beginning a relationship that the family does not approve of or even being the victim of a sexual assault.

The Good News: Pakistani Honour Killing Rate Is Down in 2011 ...

The Bad News: Pakistani Honour Killings to date for 2011 is          -675- ... (now) 676
Global Post
In Pakistan, at least 675 women and girls were murdered in the first nine months of 2011 for defaming their family's so-called honor, the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan told AFP.
So-called honor based violence can occur in communities where the concepts of honor and shame are fundamentally linked to the behaviors of both individuals and families, particulary of women, according to the HRC.
Though there has been some progress in Pakistan on protecting women's rights, activists say that the government needs to do far more to prosecute murders that are largely dismissed by the police as private, family affairs.
Ali Dayan Hasan, Pakistan director at Human Rights Watch, said to the AFP that Pakistan's "inability to enforce rule of law, leaving matters in the hands of tribesmen and local elders" was a major factor in the number of honor killings.
“We have a system in Pakistan where the state and judicial recourse are absent and the vacuum is filled by local elders,” he said.
“A combination of legal reforms, exercise of administrative authority and social awareness can greatly help check the honor killings,” he added.
According to the Pulitzer Center, local tribal assemblies declare a woman "kari" - which literally translates to "black female"- if she marries someone of her own choosing or is rumored to have acted "dishonorably." In order to restore the family’s honor, the family or the tribe must kill the woman.
A full report on honor killings in Pakistan is expected in February.
According to the HRC, at least 71 of the victims were under the age of 18.
According to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to the AFP, there is no discernable decrease in killings this year.  In 2010, there were 791 honor killings in Pakistan.
About 450 of the women killed from January to September were accused of having "illicit relations" and 129 were accused of marrying without permission.
Some of the victims were raped or gang-raped before being killed. The official also stated that 19 were killed by their sons, 49 by their fathers, and 169 by their husbands.
According to the Asian Human Rights Commission, men in Pakistan can also be the victims of honor killings.
Earlier this month, a Belgian court sentenced four members of a Pakistan family to prison for the honor of their law student daughter and sister, AFP reported.

Honour Killing Rate Has (Once Again) Spiked Upward and Newly Adjusted Number for 2011 Now Stands At 676

FAISALABAD: A domestic dispute claimed three lives at Batala Colony here on Saturday night. Waqas Bajwa of Karim Town contracted love marriage with Faiza, daughter of Sheikh Nasir, a resident of Muslim Park, about 15 months ago. Faiza gave birth to a baby girl, Aman, about 27 days ago and was living with her parents to spend 40 days after the baby’s delivery. On Saturday night, Waqas Bajwa came to his mother-in-law to bring his wife back home. Upon her wife’s refusal to go with him before 40 days, an exchange of hot words took place between the couple, which led Waqas Bajwa to shoot her newborn baby to death.
After hearing the gunshot, a neighbour, Sajid Yasin, rushed the scene, but Waqas Bajwa also shot him dead. His wife, Faiza, tried to flee but accused Waqas Bajwa also shot her dead and managed to escape. SSP Operation, Sadiq Ali Dogar, along with a police contingent, rushed to the scene of the incident and shifted the bodies to the Allied Hospital for post-mortem. The SSP said four police teams had been constituted to arrest the accused, Waqas Bajwa.
